NAMTS Program Survey: Impact Awareness

This survey focuses on NAMTS program execution, training alignment, and strategic impact.

Please note that this survey is intended exclusively for Command Leadership (CO, XO, CMC, NAMTS JQR Coordinators). Surveys designed for Sailors (Graduates and Enrollees) or E-7 and Above Leadership (Chiefs, Senior Chiefs, Master Chiefs, Warrants, LDOs, etc.) are available at namts.us under the “NAMTS Command Surveys” section.

 

By participating in this survey, you acknowledge that your name and DoD ID may be verified against official Navy records for the sole purpose of confirming identity and ensuring response authenticity.

To encourage honest and transparent feedback, personally identifiable information (PII) will be restricted. While command affiliation and survey responses may be used for analysis, individual-level identifying information will only be accessible to the following authorized personnel: Program Manager, Assistant Program Manager, Software Development Manager, and Metrics Analyst.

Individual responses will not be shared outside this group except in cases involving legal requirements, safety concerns, or other extenuating circumstances as defined by management.All data will be handled in accordance with applicable DoD privacy and information security standards.
